During holidays, sales, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated delivery times after processing:

United States: 5–12 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information, and we will assist you in investigating the shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
